Ok, so I put this picture under the retarded category "miscellaneous" because it was someone's bright idea to take the description of what "Rural" means out of the "Urban and Rural" category and I couldn't seem to fit it anywhere else.
I think "Do Not Enter" is a pretty good idea!  |
